Getting started

pBank has no account and no sign-up. Paste a wallet address — or scan one with the QR scanner in the app — and the portfolio loads. You can track several wallets at once and give each one a nickname.

You do not need to connect a wallet to use pBank. Connecting one is only needed if you want to send a transaction from the explorer.

What pBank can and cannot do

pBank is a read-only tracker and block explorer. It shows balances, portfolio value over time, transaction history, liquidity positions, HEX stakes, token analytics and on-chain contract data for the PulseChain and Ethereum networks.

pBank cannot move your funds and never has your private keys or seed phrase. Where you can send a transaction — the explorer's contract-write panel — the request is handed to your own wallet app, which does all the signing. pBank never sees a signature.

Common problems

A balance or price looks wrong. Prices come from on-chain liquidity pools. A token with very little liquidity can price erratically, and a token with no pool at all has no price to show. The portfolio total ignores tokens it cannot price rather than guessing.

My transaction history has a gap, or a token filter finds nothing. History loads in pages, and the search filters what has been loaded so far. If you are looking for something older than what is on screen, use "Search further back" to keep loading. If a gap persists after that, send the wallet address — it usually means a public explorer node answered badly and it is worth chasing.

A transaction shows as "Contract Call" with only a hex code. That contract has not published its source, so nobody can name the function it called. The explorer will still recover and show its interface — open the address to see it.

A token shows no logo or the wrong name. Token metadata comes from public sources and anyone can deploy a token claiming any name. Check the contract address, not the name.

Push notifications aren't arriving. Check that notifications are enabled for pBank in your device settings, and that the wallet you expect alerts for is in your tracked list. Alerts fire on wallet movement, not on price changes.

The app looks stuck or empty. Pull to refresh, or use the Refresh button on the tab. If a public data provider is down, pBank will say so rather than show an empty portfolio — an empty screen with no message is a bug worth reporting.

Privacy and your data

What pBank stores, and how to have it deleted, is set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Short version: no accounts, no passwords, no tracking, no cookies, no advertising, and your tracked addresses live on your own device.

Security

pBank will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, in any context, for any reason. Anyone who does is trying to rob you — including anyone claiming to be pBank support.

Only ever use pBank at pbank.info or through the official app.
